Page links

So the next step I decided to take was to set up a links at the top of the page. That are the same on every page. So I decided to use the same type of header links that we use in lectures. Where there are boxes for the links and they cover the whole way along the page width.

I thought this would look good because it would fit in very well with my colour theme. I could have the background of the links a lilac and the colour for the writing the same as the page background. I did wonder if there was a way to fit the header to any screen it was uploaded to.

I decided that I want it to highlight which page you are on. It will do this by turning a different shade of purple. When we did this is class the page we were on always appeared as the left hand link. I didn't want this. I wanted so the bar outline does not change and the highlighted part changes.

I also decided to put mouse over on so when you hover over the button it highlight the button. You can see this below my mouse is over the form link (The last one on the right). You can see a box also pops up telling you the name. I am temped to take the mouse over function off. I do not think that it adds much value to the website. This is something I will decided as my website develops.
