Where will the cables run? -We will run the cables from the back of the seating area on top of the ground to the generator in waterproof cable protectors.
Setup time – Considering the area has little housing around it, we would be able to install the project early in the morning.
Vandalism – The projectors will be placed into boxes with protective properties to stop vandals. We will also have extra boxes, projectors and logo encase damage is too great. The projectors boxes will be fastened to the floor so people can not pick them up. As the material used to project onto will be fastened to the wall. The installation will also be put away every night to stop it being vandalised by drunks.
Water damage – Hopefully do to the protective boxes around the projection there won’t be any water damage. But if there is water damage in a projector and the projector or a sensor stops working we will have backups to replace it. If the logo get damaged by water damage we will replace these with new ones.
Weather proof – The projector will be in boxes and this will stop water getting in and affecting the projector. The screen will be made of water proof material. The cable will be protected by cable protectors. The logo will be stuck to the floor and will be made of water proof materials.
Maintains – Everything that we will use will be easy to clean and even replace if we need. Also we will have 2 backups of everything just in case wear and tear takes hold.
Security – The projector will be secure in boxes that are fastened to the floor. The material over the seats will be fastened to the wall. All the plugs will be in waterproof plug protector that again will be fixed to the floor.
Health and safety – Everything that are using will be fastened securely to the floor, which will lower the risk of people falling over it.
The cable could expand out into where people are working, we will make sure that they are brightly coloured so people notice them.
The logo could possible get slippery when wet, this is something that will need to be tested before. If they are slippery we will have to do something to make sure there not.
The boxes will be stuck to the floor and therefore people could walk into them and hurt themselves. We would have to make it that the boxes where easy to see and the people walking by where aware of the risk. This could me achieved by the having signs up and having bright coloured side of the protective boxes.
